You have kept all your promises to her and proved how much you love her. You did everything you could to make her feel how much you care for her and value her; how much you loved her. Until her last breath you stood by her. You are a very strong man Mr. Carter.

Hello Mr. Sparks! I am one of your million fans here in the Philippines. The first I've watched the movie "a walk to remember", it touched m soul and expanded my view about the meaning of LOVE. When I have learned that this was based on a novel written by you, I've got curious. The first book I have purchased was Dear John. Then, I've fell in love with your words. You're novel changed my whole life. Looking deeply at various realities and how love can be so powerful were the things I have learned from your book.

I enjoy your books. They are quick and entertaining reads. I enjoy how you bring your characters to life. My issue with your writing is your need to make me feel as if my heart has been ripped out and smashed repeatedly with a hammer. You write lovely and moving stories. You have nailed the ability to describe the greatest love the world has ever seen.

Every story you write give this broken heart of mine hope that maybe someday it would mend itself, and perhaps find the kind of love is longing for, the kind of love you write in your stories. If I have learned anything in life is that I should never give up hope.

Book Title: The best of me by Nicholas Sparks                                                                         Dec 6, 2014

Part1:

Question: I got excited when it seemed that Amanda was going to meet him at the cemetery only for her to turn right and go home. Which I guess was ok since she was almost home when she received word of the accident, but she stayed with Frank even after. I felt that Amanda was weak and a coward. Dawson stayed alone all those years thinking of no one but her, and she admitted that even on her wedding day she was unsure she should marry Frank, but she did it anyway. Why didn't she ever go and look for Dawson? Why didn't she just stay alone and be a teacher? Even at 42 she couldn't stand up to her mother which was very disappointing. And then those letters from Tuck, It was clear that Dawson would have continued to wait for her to make her decision, while she would have clearly kept him waiting. Why did she keep on asking "what should I do?" And in her letter Tuck lets her have it and she still does the opposite.

Reflect: I believe everything in life happens for a reason and this book proves that. As I read the series of events I knew exactly what had happened before the book told me and I wanted to scream "No" because true love overcomes everything. In the end, I think in the end knowing what happened not only saved two lives that night but it saved her in so many ways and I believe he would say it was all worth it.

Predict: As it got towards the end, I knew that someone was about to be killed off. In an instant, I knew the hero would not make it and having his heart beat on in the heroine's young son was very fulfilling for me. Even though I already predicted that it was Dawson who is the donor of Jared's heart, I still anticipated the moment when Amanda would know but yeah, it happened that she already know it but was just keeping it.

Connect: During my teenage life. Growing up with a broken family, I learned to take responsibilities, Forced to learn to decide for myself on what was wrong from the right without the consent of other people. I became independent at a very young age. Even though I have gone through a lot of pain and suffering, alone. I trusted God, I know that he was always in control. I never complained to him nor blamed him on any of the bad happenings that have occurred in my life. I know that everything happens for a reason, and God is always with me guiding me the way. 
In whatever problems, trials or difficulties that may come in your way. You should learn to trust God, pray and ask for enlightenment and guidance. Every thing that happens with you and around you is all part of Gods plan. Just believe and have faith. Everything will eventually pull its pieces up together and you will realize how amazing our God really is.

Media has been very essesntial to peoples lives nowadays.It provides the people entertainment and informations.

Media has many good effects on people,we become more informative about the happenings all around the globe, communication are more easier because of media, assignments and researches are now no problem at all because of media.

On the other hand, Media has this side effects. It somehow controls people like robots, kids nowadays dont play outside anymore instead they just stay inside the house and play computer games and stuffs.

Media has been very addicted to people, It is like an addictive drug that once tried it will be very hard to remove in your life.

People in this time can no longer live without media.

I was born and raised here in Iligan City and this city never failed to amaze me with its hidden wonders of nature.The city is rich in natural beauty; First is for its amazing scenery and landscapes, Second is for its green forests, third is for its more than twenty waterfalls that's why it has been known as the city of majestic waterfalls.For years, visitors flock to witness its awe-inspiring collection of beauties of nature.

Iligan City is composed of 44 barangays with a total land area of 81,337 hectares.Cebuano is the main dialect of this city in fact 94% of the population speaks Cebuano and considered it as their mother tongue,while the remaining 6% consists of the indigenous dialects Tagalog, Maranao, Ilonggo, and Waray-waray.The city belongs to the type C climate (short,low, sun dry season one to three months with less than 74mm. rainfall from strong weather disturbances.

Iligan City may not be the type for world class but it may still take your breath.

Iligan City Plaza
This is City plaza can be found at the center of the city.Many people visits this place to hang-out,date, stroll and to let their childrens to play around. Events are also held in this place such as dancing and singing competitions, concerts, feeding programs.Some come for sports like chess and table tennis.

Iligan City Hall

This is where the city mayor works, if you would have questions or inquries regarding the city you could come to the city hall to ask for help.The City Hall is Located at Buhanginan Hill, on your way to the city hall you would encounter a path full of sharp stones which would lead you to the top of the hill,the path would help massage your feet and they say it can even cure arthritis and rheuma.Then there is the Iligan Anahaw Amphitheater which is also known as the "Jewel of Iligan" It is one of the largest amphitheater here in Mindanao, This Amphitheater is a good site to view Iligan City because it provides a top view of the city.

Timoga Swimming Pool
This is one of the spots that you can only find in Iligan City.This is one of the spots that visitors come and visit for because of its amazing and fantastic beauty. In fact, it is not only beautiful but also natural because of its overflowing water.Here you can have great time with your family and friends, Timoga Spring Pool is consisted of 5 different designs of pools.

Maria Cristina Falls
It is Iligans greates heritage, the landmark of Iligan city. The most replendant among the 20 plus waterfalls.It is also known as "Mother of Industry and Fountainhead of progress". It has 320ft. height and spews 130 cubic meters per second of water. It is the source of Industrial power in the city, Its water is being harnessed  for electric power.

Tinago Falls
This falls is literally hidden in a deep ravine. It is covered by trees and on your way to the falls you would need to step over 400 steps to reach the said Tinago falls, It is required to be in a good condition, without any heart or breathing conditions if you would want to descend.Once you get to the area, Im sure your efforts will pay off as the scenery is really awesome.

Limunsudan Falls
35 kilometers away from the city proper. It has the claim of being the country`s highest waterfalls. It is a breathtaking two-tiered falls. The lower cascade alone is higher than the 320feet Maria Cristina Falls.It has a total height of 870feet.

Mount  Agad-agad
Approximately 1,600 feet above sea level, considered as the highest mountain in Iligan city. It is safe for trekking, mountain climbing and camping. 5.5 kilometers away from the city proper. The hanging bridge connecting the main road and the jump off point to the foot of the mountain is an experience itself.

Hindang Falls and Caves
a 40ft. high two tiered waterfalls with a lagoon ideal for swimming. The 6-8 clave clusters are narrow with long and deep chambers which makes it very ideal for adventurous persons to visit. It is located at Hinterland  Brgy. Hindang.

Maze park and resort
A perfect place for nature lovers to hang-out. It has an olympic size of swimming pool that vary shape and sizes it has also a function hall, restaurant, cottages, botanical parks and a mini zoo.

Do you know what is easter sunday?

There are alot of confusions regarding what Easter Sunday is all about.For some especially for kids, Easter sunday is about Easter Bunny, colorfully decorated eggs, and Easter egg hunts but biblically speaking Easter Sunday is about celebrating the ressurection of Jesus. As for this movie, It focuses more on fantasy side of Easter Sunday where there is the Easter Bunny delivering Easter Eggs which contains Easter treats :). This movie is a live-action/computer animation hybrid easter comedy with a positive message about reaching your dreams.

This must-watch movie is directed by Tim Hill with a genre of family,comedy. The main characters of the story are Fred O'Hare (First human Easter Bunny) and E.B.(The son of the original Easter Bunny). For the past 4,000 years that the Easter bunny has brought joy and candy to all kids around the globe;however the time has come to take over the Easter bunny tradition.

  

 The movie is all about the Easter Bunny who lives on the Easter Island, preparing for another year trip around the world to deliver baskets full of treats.He`s preparing his son E.B. who isnt interested to take over for his father as the Easter Bunny -- He wants to be a drummer.Afraid of his fathers expectations, E.B. takes a rabbit hole trip to Hollywood, where he hopes big to be a rock musician and be famous.Instead,he almost gets overun by fred, an aimless twenty years old brat whose parents really want him to have a job and be a professional. Fred cant believe his eyes when E.B. starts talking to him, and the two of them end up becoming unlikely friends who helped each other save Easter and their goals for fullfilling a career.

HOP is trully a must watch movie because it is full of comedy, humor and adventure.Personally, I really like movies that somehow makes me relate to my own life experiences-- And HOP is one of these movies ;). Watcha waiting for?, Lets go save Easter together!

#5 A short reaction to "Ming-ming"

It was not my first time to encounter a play hosted by the Integrated Performing Arts Guild or IPAG, when i was still in Highschool our school required us to watch the show performed by IPAG every year with a bill of a hundred pesos.Each year IPAG has different plays and different strategies of delivering the play.

This years play was headed by their director Steven Patrick C. Fernandez, It was entitled "Ming-ming".It was July 23, 2012 when i bought a ticket for mingming and watched the play ,live at the mini theater of MSU-IIT. This years  performance was amazing and I think it is one of their masterpiece.There were 4 main characters of the story there was R,I,P and Mingming, the names of the characters somewhat gives us a clue about what happens in the story.

This years mood of the play was serious and based on real life. The play was about the muslim culture, it was about parental marriage or "buya" where both family agrees to marry their children by force. It was about pride and honor of the family. The story all started with 2 spirits wondering around a dead body, It was the body of the young woman named Mingming. Ming ming was confused because she can see her Grandmother "R", her mother "I", and her uncle "P" but none of them can hear her, she doesnt know that she was dead already. Mingming suddenly started seeing flashbacks about how she was born and how she died.

The play was like a flashback with many twists, It started with her grandmother who was also a victim by parental marriage then up to her mother on when how she started bearing mingming on her womb and on how mingming spent the rest of her life.

Back on the generation of mingming`s grandmother R, "maratabat" or parental marriage was a must. Her grandmother was forced to ironically marry the older brother of his love just for their family to be more powerful and honored, then next is mingmings mother when she was allowed to study alone in college but ended up getting pregnant. It has affect her family`s honor and pride, They did not abort the baby, they raised it secretly. Mingming was the outcome,mingming done the same mistake as like what her mother had done,she indulged with illegal vices and was forced to go home to their home town. Mingming was then put in a room and was not allowed to go out. Mingming was discouraged on what has happened to her life so she decided to commit suicide.

Muslim families are very strict and very conscious in terms of the name of their family, they dont want any dirt on their names. But i think it was not appropriate to do such things on your relatives on like what happened to mingming.Any way, the play was very entertaining and was worth it.
